After contact, design and costs are established,a 20% deposit is required before commencement of furniture making.

 

Australian wide shipping is available, International shipping queries are welcomed.

 

Please be aware that the colour of timbers vary.  This will be discussed and explained at the time of your order.

 

Delivery 

Your quoted price for your furniture does not include delivery. We will provide you with a separate quote for the cost of delivery.

Your furniture may be delivered by a third party delivery company. We will not be liable for any loss or damage once your order has left out possession, for this reason you may consider adding insurance to your delivery service. 

 

Our Returns Policy 

If your furniture arrives damaged or not to your expectation, we will require photographic evidence of the product and its problem.  
If it is our fault we will gladly rectify.
